These Terms of Service govern your use of asbitaortho.com and your participation in the Asbita Orthodontics text messaging program. By using this site or opting in to receive text messages from us, you agree to these terms.

Program description
Asbita Orthodontics operates a text messaging program that sends appointment reminders, appointment confirmations and changes, replies to questions you send us, treatment and retainer check-in reminders, and, if you separately opt in to it, occasional marketing and promotional messages about practice news, events, and special offers. These are two separate consents. You may accept one and decline the other.
How to join
You opt in by checking the consent box on a form on this website, by texting our office number, by completing a paper or digital form at the office, or by giving verbal consent to a team member and confirming it by text. Consent is not a condition of purchase, treatment, or scheduling any appointment.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies. Appointment-related messages are sent as your scheduling requires. Marketing messages, if you opt in to them, are sent no more than a few times per month.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply. Asbita Orthodontics does not charge for text messages. Your mobile carrier’s standard messaging and data charges apply according to your plan.
Opt-Out and Help
To stop receiving text messages from Asbita Orthodontics, reply STOP to any message. You will receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and no further messages will be sent to that number.

If you opt out and later want to receive messages again, opt back in using any of the methods described above.
Carrier liability
Carriers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages.

The program is supported by major U.S. carriers, including AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, and their affiliates. Carrier participation may change without notice.
Privacy
Your mobile number and your consent to receive messages are handled as described in our Privacy Policy. No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes, and we do not sell, share, or rent mobile information to third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.
